My most important (and most difficult) project in my life would be The 10 Summits Challenge.
I have to prepare myself mentally, physically, spiritually for it.
In this post, I will record the whole process when I practiced for The 10 Summits.

Day 01 | 10/11/2020
If I can’t do, there would be no summit I could reach.
It was 9 p.m, I was dead tired.
But I thought: If I could not win myself, there would be no summit I could reach…
So I took the shoes. The first step, the second step…

Day 05 | 10/12/2020
Under heavy rain.
Running for The 10 Summits Challenge.
Today I tried running but stuck with this heavy rain.
Day 06 | 14/12/2020
A normal walk and run.
Nothing special about this.
Day 07 | 15/12/2020
Walking at midnight.
It was 11:15 pm, I took my running shoes. I walked, not ran, for around 20 mins. 2km.
I was a little bit tired but I just wanted to commit to do something. I had been indiscipline for so long – 8 years. It was long enough, too enough.
Day 08 | 22/12/2020
Beginning on track.
I thought that I was beginning on track.
Today I started put my legs onto my shoes without inner struggle.
I walked fast and completed 2 km in less than 30 minutes.
I didn’t run, just fast walk.
